All bins are constructed from smooth sanded 3/4" plywood. They are
built tough to withstand demanding office moves. Each bin is glued and solidly
assembled with over 100 screws for extra strength amd trouble free service.
Shelves are slightly backslanted to prevent loads shifting forward. The
bottom is strengthed with 1x4 underbracings which are bolted through and
attach the casters to the bin.
Bins are equipped with high tech, ball bearing axle casters. They are the
perfect wheels to use on a bin- the
soft non marking wheel material rolls easily, is extremely durable, absorbs
shock well and provides a quiet cushioned rise.
Weight capacity on bin with 4" casters- 1000lbs.
Weight capacity on bin with 5" casters- 1100lbs.
Optional carpet padding available on bins.
